CALL TO ORDER Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:08 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City and telephonically. 2. ROLL CALL PRESENT: ABSENT: ALSO PRESENT: Councilmember — Chavez, Vizcarra, Man, Sternquist Councilmember — Yu City Attorney Murphy, Administrative Services Director Paragas, Attorney Suttrop Counilmember Man made a motion to excuse Councilmember Yu and seconded by Councilmember Chavez. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA — None 4. CLOSED SESSION A. Purpose: Potential Cases: Authority: Representatives: B. Purpose: Authority: Agency Representative: Employee Group: Potential Litigation One (1) Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) City Attorney Conference with Labor Negotiator Government Code Section 54957.6 City Attorney and City Manager Temple City Employee Association, Unrepresented General, Part -Time Employees City Council recessed to closed session at 6:09 p.m. City Council reconvened with all members present at 7:11 p.m. CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session to discuss Item A "Potential Litigation", there is no reportable action and Item B "Conference with Labor Negotiator", there is no reportable action. CALL TO ORDER Chair Sternquist called the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at 8:49 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Member —Vizcarra, Yu, Man, Sternquist ABSENT: Member — Chavez ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Cook, Attorney Murphy, Agency Secretary Kuo 0.4 Vice Chair Man made a motion to excuse Agency member Chavez. Seconded by Agency member Vizcarra. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR Vice Chair Man made a motion to approve the Consent Calendar. Seconded by Agency member Vizcarra and carried by the following votes: AYES: Agency Member — Vizcarra, Yu, Man, Sternquist NOES: Agency Member — None ABSTAIN: Agency Member— None ABSENT: Agency Member — Chavez A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Successor Agency is requested to review and approve the Minutes of the Regular Successor Agency to the Former Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency meeting of July 5, 2022. Action: Approved. B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 21 -5623 -SA — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS Successor Agency to the Former Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency Minutes August 16, 2022 Page 2 of 2 The Successor Agency is requested to adopt Resolution No. 21 -5623 -SA authorizing payment of bills.
