AN ORDINANCE REVISING CHAPTER 2.04 OF THE MOAB MUNICIPAL CODE
ESTABLISHING THE TIME AND PLACE OF THE MOAB CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Moab City Council as follows:
Chapter 2.04.020 of the Moab Municipal Code shall be amended
to read:
2.04.020 Meetings --Time and Place.
A. The stated meetings of the City Council shall be held at
a place designated by the City Council on the second and fourth
Tuesday of each month, provided that when any meeting occurs on a
general holiday, the meeting shall be held on the next succeeding
day.
B. All meetings may be adjourned from time to time as
business may require. The hour of the meeting shall be seven p.m.
PASSED AND APPROVED by a majority vote of the City Council this
it-tirk day of Mai , 1996.
