APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE 2012 INDUSTRIAL PARK
WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT, FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, UPON REVIEW
OF THE BIDS AND RECOMMENDATION BY THE PROJECT ENGINEER
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tiffin has received bids for the 2012 Industrial Park
Watermain Extension Project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin has identified Ricklefs Excavating as having the lowest
responsive, most responsible bid; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin desires to expedite the contractual process; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin to authorize the
Mayor and City Administrator /Clerk to sign all necessary notices, documents, and forms of
contract, as required and necessary to execute a contract with Ricklefs Excavating as identified
and recommended by the Project Engineer.
