THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. YIJ 7
AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
Section 1.
Boundary Declared
The entire boundary of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas is declared to be as described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2.
Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in
the official city newspaper.
Passed by the City Council this -1~ day of December, 2003,
Approved by the Mayor this
18 day of December, 2003.
