ORDINANCE NO. 65 -155
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
ADDING SECTION 6205 TO THE TEMPLE CITY
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE
OF BUSINESS LICENSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. A new Section 6205, reading as follows, is
hereby added to the Temple City Municipal Code:
Section 6205. The City Manager is hereby author-
ized to represent the City Council,
the "License Appeals Board" and the "Board of Public
Welfare Commission", in connection with communications
directed to the tax collector concerning issuance, or
protest against issuance, of any business-license
pursuant to Los Angeles County Ordinance 5860.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify and attest to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be pub-
lished once in the Temple City Times, a semi- weekly newspaper,
published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
