SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 18, 2023
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Man called the City Council Regular Meeting to order at 6:09 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

Mayor Pro Tem Chavez excused Councilmember Sternquist for cause. Seconded by
Councilmember Vizcarra.

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:09 p.m. City Council reconvened with
all members present at 7:04 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session on Closed
Session Item A "Potential Litigation", Item B "Significant Exposure to Litigation,
Facts Unknown to the Plaintiff', and Item C "Conference with Labor Negotiator".
There is no reportable action.

The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:04 p.m.
