AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
ADDING SECTION 3334 TO THE-TEMPLE CITY
MUNICIPAL CODE, THEREBY AMENDING SECTION
3305 OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY ORDINANCE 6544
RELATING TO TRAFFIC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. A new Section 3334, reading as follows, is
hereby added to the Temple City Municipal Code, thereby amending
Section 3305 of the Los Angeles County Ordinance 6544:
Section 3334. Section 3305 of the Los Angeles
County Ordinance 6544 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 3305.
(a) The Sheriff shall remove to a safe place
every vehicle which has been parked or
left standing upon a highway for 72 or
more consecutive hours.
(b) As used in this Section, the words "safe
place" include, but are not confined to,
any garage, parking lot, or open space
owned by, maintained by, or under the
jurisdiction of the County of Los Angeles,
and also every privately owned garage the
owner or proprietor of which will accept
such vehicle.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify and attest to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be pub-
lished once in the Temple City Times, a semi- weekly newspaper,
published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May
1965.

of said Council held on the 18th day of May , 1965, by the
following vote of the Council:
