RESOLUTION NO. 2014-06-01
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) WORK
TRUCKS FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the 2014 General Fund, line item Capital Equipment Replacement Fund Budget
provides for the purchase of replacement work vehicles.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Manager is hereby authorized to expend up to $20,000 for the purchase of
two (2) work trucks for the Public Works department as outlined in the Public Works staff
briefing.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
THIS 11th DAY OF JUNE, 2014.
