Idaho Power is beginning a project to replace existing underground cable. This project is intended to increase electric service
reliability and customer satisfaction, and is being completed in locations throughout our service area where we have already
experienced reliability issues.
Approved Idaho Power contractors will be starting work in your area soon. There will be an Idaho Power construction
manager on-site or available by cell phone to answer residents' questions and collect feedback.
Typical working hours will be between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. The project involves work that may be disruptive at times,
such as digging trenches. If Idaho Power needs to turn off power to complete work, we will call you at the
phone number we have on file. You can verify that number is correct at idahopower.com/myaccount.
