SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
January 16, 2018
Item #1. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a special meeting in the Council
Chambers, 11350 Bullis Road, Lynwood, CA on the above date at 5:00 p.m.
Mayor Solache presiding.
Item #2. CERTIFICATION OF AGENDA POSTING BY CITY CLERK
City Clerk Quinonez announced the agenda had been duly posted in accordance with
the Brown Act.
Item #3. ROLL CALL OF COUNCIL MEMBERS
PRESENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS CASTRO, SANTILLAN-BEAS, AND MAYOR
SOLACHE
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBER ALATORRE AND MAYOR PRO TEM HERNANDEZ
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Martinez, City Attorney Tapia, and City Clerk
Quinonez
STAFF ABSENT: City Treasurer Camacho

City Attorney Tapia led the City Council into closed session.
MOTION: It was moved by Council Member Santillan-Beas, seconded by Council
Member Castro to recess to closed session at 5:02 p.m. Motion carried by unanimous
consent.
The City Council reconvened into open session at 6:00 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Council Member Santillan-Beas,
seconded by Council Member Alatorre to adjourn the special Lynwood City Council
meeting at 6:01 p.m. Motion carried by unanimous consent.
