APPROVING COOKE AVENUE FOOD MART
USE OF BOROUGH RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, the Cooke Avenue Food Mart has requested to be allowed to install
building awnings within the mmnicipal roadway right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is agreeable to allowing such installation subject to the
Borough's pre -approval of the location;design, construction, material(s), and aesthetics,
etc.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. That the Borough's zoning and construction offices are hereby authorized to
approve the Cooke Avenue Food Mart request subject to the Borough's pre -
approval of the above components of said installation.
