AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR
SANITARY & STORMWAT'ER LINE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, there is a need for improvements with regard to various Sanitary and
Stormwater Lines within the Borough; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to accept bids for said
project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for Sanitary and Stormwater Line
Improvements.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's QPA,
Purchasing Department and the Borough Director of Engineering.
Adopted this 8° day of June, 2023
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 9, 2023.
