DESIGNATING OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES
OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT AND IS HEREBY RES01?VED, by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of Nexv Jersey, that the
Trust Company Bank
be and are hereby designated as the official depositories of the Borough of
Caneret and that checks for the payment of money upon said official
depositories, be signed on behalf of thc Borough of Carteret by the Mayor,
Municipal Clerk and the Borough Treasurer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect
immediately.
Adopted this 21 st day of March, 2002 and
c,-ctil'ied as a true copy of the original on
March 22, 2002.
