A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT TO SLIMS SALOON DOING
BUSINESS AT 301 MAIN ST. WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
granting of the Alcohol Permit requested by Slims Saloon located with the corporate city limits
of Tiffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol
Permit for Slims Saloon, therefore City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local
authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
WHEREUPON, On the 12th day of September 2012, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City
Council, Tiffin, Iowa. Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution 2012 -40 and made a motion
for A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT TO SLIMS SALOON
DOING BUSINESS AT 301 MAIN ST. WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA. Motion
seconded by Council person Upton.
Ayes: Ryan, Upton, Bartels
Nays: None
Absent: None
With three votes of approval, Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION 2012 -40
APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT TO SLIMS SALOON DOING BUSINESS AT 301
MAIN ST. WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA, by adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 12th day of September 2012 and approved by the Mayor.
