AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AMENDING SECTION 3324 OF, AND
ADDING NEW SECTION 3324 -1 TO, THE
TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO PROHIBITED PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 3324 of the Temple City Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read:
3324. PROHIBITED PARKING PERIOD. No person shall
stop, stand or park a vehicle on any street between the
hours of 3:00 A.M. and 5:00 A.M. of any day.
SECTION 2. New Section 3324 -1, reading as follows, is
hereby added to the Temple City Municipal Code:
3324 -1. EXCEPTIONS. The provisions of Section 3324
shall not apply:
A. to the following streets:
1) Rosemead Boulevard
B. to emergency vehicles
C. to any vehicle with an "all-night parking
permit" issued and attached in compliance
with Sections 3325 -3332 hereof.
SECTION 3. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation
violating this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not
more than $500 or by imprisonment in the City or County Jail
for a period of not to exceed six months, or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify and attest to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be pub-
lished once in the Temple City Times, a semi - weekly newspaper,
published and circulated in the City of Temple City.

1965.
