Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair Arthur Theis - Clerk pro tem Donald Des Lauriers, Thomas Stevens, Arthur Theis an Wayne Neddermeyer present. A letter from the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Age-cy was read. Ed Contoski from Eugene A. Hickok and Associates, consulting engineers, presented some information about his firm, the cost of planning and how they would go about making a comprehensive sewer plan for Medina Village. Moved by Donald Des Lauriers that we budget $3,500.00 as the first year study of the comprehensive sewer plan in addition to the $89,077.56 budget as directed by the Commissioner of Taxation. Barr expressed their opposition. Moved by Thomas Stevens to appoint William Mills as Village Engineer. Seconded by Robert Franklin Motion carried. Moved by Thomas Stevens that WCCO come back to the March meeting with an environmental impact statement as required by Law. Seconded by Arthur Theis Motion carried. moved by Robert Franklin to pay the $10.00 1972 dues to the Northwest Chamber. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried. Moved by Thomas Stevens that the Clerk write Mrs. Boyer with regard to the complaint of Joe idiller with regard to boards with nails and the fact that he has had two flat tires; Donald Des Lauriers will go to•see her.
