A letter from the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Age-cy was read. Ed Contoski from Eugene A. Hickok and Associates, consulting engineers, presented some information about his firm, the cost of planning and how they would go about making a comprehensive sewer plan for Medina Village. Moved by Donald Des Lauriers that we budget $3,500.00 as the first year study of the comprehensive sewer plan in addition to the $89,077.56 budget as directed by the Commissioner of Taxation.
