PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION AND REFUND
WHEREAS, Block 7507, lot 19.02 applied for tax exempt status under the provisions
for a total disabled veteran status in accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.30et seq, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor reviewed and approved the application for the 2023 tax
year, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that taxes for 2023 be cancelled
accordingly, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, Couny of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel
taxes for the 2023 tax year in the amount of $6,294.34 and refund taxes paid in the
amount of $3,181.57.

and certified as a true copy of the
