Meeting called to order at 5:09. Public Comment: No comments, no visitors. Approve Minutes for March 9, 2022, Meeting: motion made and carried by unanimous vote. Eric's Report: Greens - no ice damage, few spots of snow mold, shouldn't be any problems. Interviewed mechanic position yesterday, checking background. Two seasonals are back working this week. The ramp has gone out to bid to be finished in either, 1) concrete, 2) pavers, 3) porous pave. May not be completed until mid -Summer or Fall. Will have to install temporary ramp for ADA into the clubhouse on the west side of the deck. Parking lot to be stripped before we open. Asking Curtis Clean Sweep for a bid as public works can't do it until June. Blaine Bergin will give bid on ramp pavers while he is up checking on the Lady's Paver project, currently on hold due to weather. Allan's Report: Financially YTD behind $1200 from October. Chip and Sip - Lessons and adult beverages, may begin on Tuesday evenings. Monthly Topic: Review Development of physical facilities, major alterations, and permanent improvements to the Golf Course $9,0000 bid from Matt Falvey to set each bridge abutment. Bridges were $14,900 per bridge. Considering low -profile culverts instead. Each culvert is approximately $2000, there are 6 that need replacing. Lifespan of culverts are 40 years. Public works can help with the culvert install. May need to close a nine while work commences or use temporary crossings as possible. The committee thought that this would be a good idea. Landscapes Unlimited will be in town working with Tamarack. They are willing to come and look at McCall GC and give some idea of costs for some of our bigger projects in the Master Plan and be able to get started on the tees. Old Business: Election of Officers, Rita will finish with this as her last year, Suzanne will continue as Secretary. Proshop going forward update. Eric, Annette Spickard and City Finance Director Linda Stokes had a video conference call with Tim Rinke of Idaho Falls Director of Golf and Pro at Pine Crest GC. Allan has provided financial information to help the process move forward. New Business: Open position on committee - Kris Christensen has resigned her position as a Member -At -Large. Two people have written letters expressing interest in the At -Large position: Dave Petty and Tony Araquistain. Mr. Araquistain was nominated and voted in as our recommendation to the city council.
