Eric's Report: starting pay will be $16.00/hour. Will bump pay for others as well.
May need to hire a mechanic. Part timers have been temporarily laid off.
Need painting in upstairs bathroom still. Ladies' restroom - do we want to paint
over the mural or keep it? Suzanne will communicate with the lady's group to get
this answer.
No 1 Aspen 1/2 crust ice and ground is thawing out underneath. No ice on 3 Birch
green. Blew off the driving range deck in preparation for the golf team. Mats will
be hauled out for use.
Golf Shows: Boise - stay and play two rounds at Jug and McCall plus Hotel McCall
stay; Spokane and Seattle get an additional 10% off daily green fee. Seattle show
in downtown Seattle at convention center. Beautiful weather and low attendance
at the show.
PR: McCaII Magazine article, Northwest publications, advertising in McCall maps
that are handed out, and rate card will fill public display racks for the summer.
Ramp will probably not be completed before the course opens. Delayed due to
Crestline Engineers - waiting on engineering. Have to get an estimate before
proceeding with bids. Should be able to get rolling next week. Also waiting on
plans for the new course bathroom. Pavers have been sent in to be engraved.
Need to meet with Falvey to get a bid for bridge abutments on the fiberglass
bridges. Cart paths - getting $15,000, waiting to see if we get another $25,000.
Hoping to get a grinder to address the paths as well as edging. Lift station owned
by the golf course (not the sewer department) still works, however some
maintenance is needed, such as rusting and leakage. Water leaking in.
Bathrooms and cart paths will be on the LOT funds request; Tee boxes will be
funded with CIP, and still need to address the roof.
AM city buildings, schools, etc. are on fiber cables so there are no internet fees for
the golf course. Still in testing phase for some businesses so still utilizing cable.
Allan's Report: Focused on Amateur Invitational, it is approximately 2/3 full.
Hired two college kids and a retiree for summer staff.
City needs a plan of how to buy out Allan's merchandise and golf carts, etc. when
he retires.

changing the dates so there is not a conflict with the Idaho State Mid -Am.
