PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION

WHEREAS, Block 5502, lot 13 applied for tax exempt status under (lie provisions for
a total disabled veteran status lit accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.30et serb and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor reviewed and approved the application for the 2022 tax
year, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that taxes for 2023 be cancelled
accordingly, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel
taxes for the 2023 tax year in the amount of $2,995.37.
