The Division of Aeronautics Idaho Airport Aid program manager will design a discretionary program to provide the best utilization of funding allocations. At this time we anticipate a large amount of applications for this aid so please provide as much detail as possible on this application as to the projects purpose. A bid or force account information is mandatory for this program as this will aid in the determination of the amount of funding we can provide. Please separate the estimates amounts for each project. The department may render financial assistance by grant or loan or both to any municipality or municipalities acting jointly, in the planning, acquisition, construction, improvement, maintenance, or operation of an airport owned or controlled, or to be owned or controlled by such municipality or municipalities, out of appropriations made by the legislature for such purposes. Such financial assistance may be furnished in connection with federal or other financial aid for the same purposes. This implement would be utilized with McCall Airport's existing John Deere 644J loader. McCall Airport has a 1990 Rolba RSS1000 snowblower that has significant age-related annual maintenance issues and associated costs. It is due for replacement. If you do not know if your project is listed on the CIP listing please contact jennifer.schildgen@itd.idaho.gov for verification. McCall Airport Superintendent will research best implement for MYL's purposes, arrange shipping, install implement, create maintenance protocols, and perform preliminary maintenance. Utilizing the Airport Superintendent's institutional and mechanical knowledge will allow the McCall Airport to purchase the best implement available, within the grant parameters.
