A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH DESIGNED COMMUNICATIONS INC (DCI) FOR TOWN HALL
SECURITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, incidents have occurred at the Fraser Town Hall and Public Works
Facility resulting in damage to public assets and compromised the safety of the public
and public servants; and
WHEREAS, it is the Town of Fraser's responsibility to protect community assets
and foster public safety; and
WHEREAS, it is the Town of Fraser's policy to support accessibility to local
government in a safe, economical, and friendly manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF FRASER, COLORADO, THAT:
1. In the interest of protecting community assets and reducing risk to the public and
public servants, the Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute a public service
contract for security improvements for the Fraser Town Hall with Designed
Communications Inc. (DCI) in an amount not to exceed $17,500.
