He said that the Village is helping to assist eligible individuals to facilitate the receipt of a vaccination. He said that the Village is also working with Bay Harbor Islands and Surfside to coordinate the setup of a vaccination site. Mayor Groisman proposed that the Village's Emergency Order should remain in place and the March Council and that he would like to see if March Council meeting could take place in-person. There was a general consensus from the Council to have a hybrid type model wherein Council members can attend in person and public participation would continue to be virtual. It was also agreed that Boards and Committees could continue to meet virtually for a while longer.
