AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHOR I Z. I Nt,
A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY COUNC I L
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AND THE
BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIF-
ORNIA STATE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT
SYSTEM.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That a Contract between the City Council
of the City of Temple City and the Board of Administration,
California State Employees' Retirement System is hereby author-
ized, a copy of said Contract being attached hereto, marked
"Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part hereof as thou.uh
herein set out in full.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Temple City is
hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said Con-
tract for and on behalf of said Agency.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption, and prior to the ex-
piration of thirty (30) days from the passage thereof shall be
published at least once in the Temple City Times, a newspaper
of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of
Temple City and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.

August 3, 1965, and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on August 17, 1965, by the following roll call vote:
