APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO HR GREEN WATER TOWER CONTRACT
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tiffin has received an amendment to the water
tower contract to split out the bids for the 2012 Water Tower Project; and
WHEREAS, The City Council also has agreed to have the addition of the water main added to
the project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin has identified it would be more cost advantageous to have
separate bidding of the water tower and the mains /lines separately; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin desires to expedite this contractual process; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin to authorize the
Mayor and City Administrator /Clerk to sign all necessary notices, documents, and forms of
contract, as required and necessary to execute an amended contract with HR Green showing such
amendments.
