Subject Line – RE: Letter of Authorization
I am the City Manager of the City of Temple City. I am authorized to contractually bind the
City of Temple City. Pursuant to this authority, I hereby authorize San Gabriel Valley Council
of Governments to submit a JPA application and act as Lead Agency on behalf of the City of
Temple City. The San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments is hereby authorized to execute
all documents necessary to implement the project under the SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant.
This authorization is effective until (June 30, 2026).
