SUBJECT: CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST FOR PLACEMENT AND REMOVAL
OF A STREET BANNER BY TEMPLE CITY PONY BASEBALL
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to approve the request from Temple City Pony Baseball
to place and remove a street banner, subject to submission of proper insurance
documentation.
BACKGROUND:
Attached is a request from the Temple City Pony Baseball for City staff to place and
remove a street banner advertising their registration dates for 2011 season. The
request includes the proposed placement of the banner during the period of December
28, 2010 through January 10, 2011 at the intersection of Temple City Boulevard and
Las Tunas Drive.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to consider a request by the Temple City Pony Baseball
for City staff to place and remove a street banner advertising their registration dates for
2011 season.
