ORDINANCE NO. 66-181
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY REPEALING SECTION 3305 OF THE
TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 3305 of the Temple City Municipal Code
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Henceforth all violations of Chapter 3 of
Article III shall be controlled by the provisions of Chapter 2
of Article I.
SECTION 3. The City Council finds and determines that it
is necessary to enact this ordinance as an urgency ordinance for
the reason that the Section repealed above is inconsistent with
other Code provisions, with the ordinances of neighboring cities,
and because there has been a request from the Judge of the
Municipal Court for conformity.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to
be published in the Temple City Times, a semi - weekly newspaper,
published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
