CREATING A HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE
FOR 8 JOHN STREET
WHEREAS, Brenda Diaz of 8 John Street has requested a Handicapped Parking Space;
and
WHEREAS, this individual has niet the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau for
said parking space; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no objection to
the approval of said Handicapped Parking Space•, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following Handicapped Parking Space shall
be designated:
8 JOHN STREET
Adopted this 51h day of October, 2023
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 6, 2023.
