AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OR BIDS FOR
VENDING MACHINE CONCESSION SERVICES
WHEREAS, there is a need for Vending Machine Concession Services for various
locations within Borough premises and buildings; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to accept bids for the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for Vending Machine Concession
Services for various locations within Borough premises and buildings.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's QPA
and Purchasing Department.
Adopted this 51b day of October, 2023
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 6, 2023.
