THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. i /0
AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE TIME AND
LOCATION OF THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
AND REPEALING ORDINANCES NUMBER 93, 120 AND
326.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1. Reaular Meetina Time and Location
The City Council of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas shall have two regular
meetings each month which shall be held at the Bel Aire City Hall, 7651 East Central
Park Avenue, Bel Aire, Kansas on the first (1st) Tuesday of each month at seven
o'clock (7:00) p.m. and third (3rd) Tuesday of each month at six o'clock (6:00) pm.
However, when any date fixed by this Ordinance for a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas falls on a legal holiday, a day observed as a
holiday by the City of Bel Aire, Kansas or an Election Day, the regular meeting shall
be held on the next secular or business day thereafter that is not observed as a legal
holiday or as ordered by the City Council of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas at or before
its previous regular meeting,
Section 2. Repeal
Ordinances number 93, 120 and 326 are hereby repealed. All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed, However, any section of an
existing ordinance not in conflict herewith is not repealed and remains in full force
and effect.

Section 3. Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication
in the official city newspaper.
