February 2, 1968 at 7:30 P. M.

All members present.
Mr. Luke Beichert of Juran and Moody Investment and Banking Firm presented their
program for setting up financing of project. Their compensation is figured
on fee -par value of bonds actually issued and sold as follows: Their fee
on first $300,000 is le; on $300,000. to Million e; andx 1/8% thereafter.
$1000.00 minimum fee, $7500.00 maximum fee, covers cost of advertising bond
issue and printing of bonds. Bond attorney is U75.00 to $400.00.
Mr. Robert Martin of Springsted presented their program. Fees - $4500.00 on
$6009000 program. le on $125,000. and 40 up to a million, covering every-
thing except legal.
Mr. Robert Ehlers and Mr. Paul Gubruth of Ehlers and Associates. Mr. Ehlers
presented their program. Fees: 0 on first $100,000., le for next
$200,000., e over $300,000. Pay for advertising, prepare prospectus and
bonds. Specialize in individual service.
Discussion with some of the large property holders.
Moved by Rayburn Anderson that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Arthur Theis.
Motion carried.
