A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE DESIGNATION OF
THE INTERSECTION OF SANBORN AVENUE AND
PINE STREET AS A MULTI-WAY STOP
INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, staff received numerous requests to designate the
intersection of Sanborn Avenue and Pine Street as a multi-way stop intersection;
and
WHEREAS, staff reviewed the relevant information and found that said
designation is justifiable for special conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Traffic and Parking Commission reviewed the
relevant information and concurred with staffs recommendation to designate said
intersection as a multi-way intersection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. That the intersection of Sanborn Avenue and Pine Street be
designated as a multi-way stop intersection.
Section 2. That the City Traffic Engineer is authorized to erect the
necessary signs for said intersection.
