1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Man called the City Council Regular Meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:36 p.m. City Council reconvened
with all members present at 7:32 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that the City Council met in Closed Session
regarding Item A, "Pending Litigation" and was briefed and updated. That case
has been appointed a receiver and will be going through the receiver process in
the Los Angeles Superior Court.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
