ORDINANCE N0. 66 -189
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.62 -65
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY RELATING
TO FEES FOR GRADING PERMITS
The City Council of the City of Temple City does ordain as
SECTION to Section 303 of Ordinance No. 62..65 entitled
"Building Code" adopted March 12, 1962, is amended by amending Sub-
section (c) and (d) and Table No, 3--B to read, respectively, as
follows:
(c) Grading Permit Fees. A fee for each grading permit .
shall be paid to the Building Official as set forth i'n Table -No. 3 -8.
(d) Plan Checking Fees for Grading. ':'hen the amount of
grading exceeds 50 cubic yards, a°plan checking fee for grading equal
to 50 per cent of the fees set forth in Table No. 3 -8 shall be paid
to the Building Official at the time of submitting plans.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and to its approval by the
Mayor and shall cause the same to be published in the Temple City
Times, a semi- weekly newspaper, published and circulated in the City of
Temple City.
