Reimbursement dollar amount from MSD will not exceed the total cost estimate provided for eligible grant costs including engineering, design, and construction of the approved rainscaping
features. Total drainage area managed accepted as reimbursable will be subject to MSD’s Development Review's final plan approval.
The current maximum reimbursement rate for the Rainscaping Large Scale Grants - Development Review Application is $180,000/acre of total drainage area managed. The reimbursement rate
is applicable tor rainscaping features designed per MSD's standard sizing for stormwater BMPs. MSD's standard sizing requirements are outlined in Chapter 4.080 of MSD's Rules
and Regulations and Engineering Design Requirements for Sanitary Sewer and Stormwater Drainage Facilities.
This applicant certifies that all information in this application, and all information furnished in support of the application is true and complete to the best of the applicant’s knowledge
and belief. This applicant has read and understands the program requirements. This applicant also understands that MSD must approve the project before funds can be committed and that
documentation of actual reasonable expenditures must be submitted for reimbursement of qualified expenses. This applicant understands that this is a reimbursement program, and the grantee
must have funding available to cover all aspects of the project.
