A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A 60 MONTH LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH IKON FOR A CANON IMAGE RUNNER 105 IMAGING SYSTEM
PHOTOCOPIER TO BE USED IN CITY HALL
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has a Xerox 5995 Photocopier; and
WHEREAS, the photocopier is shared by all departments in City Hall for
high volume copies; and
WHEREAS, the agreement for the Xerox 5995 expired September 30,
2005; and
WHEREAS, proposals for replacement machines were received from four
vendors; and
WHEREAS, the most cost-effective option for the City to meet its
photocopying needs is to upgrade the existing machine.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim and resolve the following:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the selection of the IKON
Canon Image Runner 105 Digital Imaging System.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to sign a 60 month lease
agreement.

This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
