AUTHORIZING SMALL WIRELESS FACILITIES
AGREEMENT WITH MUNISITE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the `Borough" ) adopted Ordinance 22-19 "An
Ordinance Establishing Prgcedures And Standards Regarding Deployment Of Small
Wireless Facilities III Public Rights -Of -Way In The Borough" (the "Ordinance") in
accordance with applicable law; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council (the "Governing Body") is desirous of
implementing the provisions of said Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, in order to do so, the Governing Body has determined that it is in the best
interest of the Borough to enter into an Agreement with Munisite Holding Group
Partners, LLC, ("Munisite"), to effectuate these purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Small Wireless Facilities Right -of -Way Agreement with
Munisite Holding Group Partners, LLC, is hereby approved in a form
acceptable to the Borough's Law Director.
2. That the Law Director is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement in a
form acceptable to him.

original on June 9, 2023.
