N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AMEND I CMG SECTIONS 406, 409,
506, 509, 607, 610, 707, and 710
OF ARTICLE IX OF THE TEMPLE CITY
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO YARD
REQUIREMENTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds and determines that
amendments hereinafter set forth were recommended by the Planning
Commission pursuant to Resolution No. 66- 189PC, and that this matter
has been processed as required by the Planning Law of the State of
California, and City ordinance..
SECTION 2. Sections 406, 409, 506, 509, 607, 610, 707,
and 710 of Article IX of the Temple City Municipal Code are hereby
amended to provide:
(a) That the minimum required side yard (on any interior
residential lot) be 5 feet; and
(b) That the side yard (on any residential lot) which
abuts on a street be not less than 10 feet; and
(c) That the minimum required rear yard (on any resi-
dential lot) be 15 feet for main buildings; and
(d) That the minimum distance between main buildings
(on any residential lot) and any other building
shall be not less than 10 feet.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance.
