A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING A
FUNDING TRANSFER OF $21~728.35 FROM
THE UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND TO
ACCOUNT NO. 01-4661-4313 (PLANNING
DIVISION - MACHINERY & EQUIPI~IENT) TO
PURCHASE FOUR (4) SOLAR POWER DIGITAL
SURVELLIANCE CAI4ERAS.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has been impacted by graffiti, dumping, and
undesirable activities; and
WHEREAS, such undesirable activities constitute public nuisances, depreciate
property values and negative impact the public health, safety and general welfare; and
WHEREAS, surveillance cameras will deter undesirable activities and assist in
enforcement and prosecution of persons engaging in such activities.
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood authorizes the
City Manager or his designee to execute all necessary financial and contractual activities
relative to this resolution.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Lynwood authorizes the
transferring of $21,728.35 as follows:
Transfer $21,728.35 from the Unappropriated General Fund
Transfer $21,728 into Fund 01-4661-4313
adoption.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
15th day of November ,2005.
