WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Council promotes protecting the health, safety and
general welfare of citizens working and residing in the City of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, outside display and sales requires approval of a Special Permit by the
Lynwood City Council pursuant to Lynwood Municipal Code Section 4-8.8; and
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Council finds and determines the necessity to set
forth relevant and applicable conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Council reviewed this application and considered all
oral and written testimony offered at a regular meeting of the Lynwood City Council
held on September 6, 2005.
,Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby
approves a special permit for Sicrea l~nternational LLC to conduct outside administrative
and sales activities from a temporary canopy located at :L:1.22:]. Long Beach Boulevard,
Unit C provided all the following conditions are complied with at all times:

The applicant shall secure and keep valid a City of Lynwood Business license at
all times.

The point of sales shall be the City of Lynwood to ensure Lynwood receives all
sales tax revenues.

The applicant shall provide liability insurance holding the City of Lynwood
harmless to the satisfaction of the City Attorney.
The applicant shall receive inspections and approval from the Los Angeles County
Fire Department prior to operating the business from the temporary canopy.
This special permit approval shall become null and void upon issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy at the permanent tenant space location. In no instance
shall this special permit exceed ninety (90) days.
The business shall not be advertised on the electronic billboard.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective upon its adoption.
Section 3. A copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the
property owners and applicants.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6m day of September, 2005.
