NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret submit the completed best practice inventory worksheet to the DLGS by the required November 3rd, 2023 due date and that the Chief Finance Officer and Municipal Clerk prepare the necessary certifications.
