AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
NJDOT AND THE BOROUGH OF CARTE RE, FOR
THE CARTERET FERRY SERVICE TERMINAL PHASE 2
IN -WATER WORK, MARINA STRUCTURE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with NJDOT for the Carteret Ferry Service Terminal Phase 2, IB-Water Work,
Marina Structure.
