I, FRANK M. JOi>.DA1l, Secretary of State of the State
of California, hereby certify:
That on the 2Sth day of May, 1960, pursuant to the
provisions of c'ection 34327 of the Government Code, this
office received. & d filed a certified copy of en Order of
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles of
May 10, 1960, declaring incorporation of the City of
Temple City.
Therefore, and by authority of Section 34328 of the
Government Code, I fi' ther certify that the territory
situated in the County of Los Angeles, as described in
said order, became duly incorporated as a General Law City
on May 25, 1950, and is in legal existence under the name:
"CITY OF TEMPLE CITY."
