HomeMy Public PortalAbout07-01-14 Police Pension Board Special Meeting Minutes MINUTES OF THE PLAINFIELD POLICE PENSION BOARD SPECIAL MEETING ON July 1 , 2014 LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER 14300 COIL PLUS DRIVE PLAINFIELD, IL 60544 CALL TO ORDER: The Special Meeting was called to order by Pres. J. Cook at 4:10 P.M ROLL CALL : P resent : Pres. J. Cook, Sec. R. Meszaros, Trustee M. Fisher ABSENT: Trustees S. Cousins and A. Grod This meeting was called to order to consider Cook Castle Associates, LLC and Mr. Greg Kiesewetter as our exclusive Agent/Broker for fiduciary liability i nsurance. The Board discussed our options and decides to return to Greg Kiesewetter as our Agent of record. The motion was made by Trustee Meszaros and seconded by Pres. Cook. A roll call vote was taken. J. Cook -yes, R. Meszaros -yes and M. Fisher -yes. M otion carried. Pres. J. Cook will notify Cook Castle Associates, LLC and Greg Kiesewetter by Wednesday of this week of the Board ’s decision. With no further business Trustee Meszaros motioned to adjourn seconded by Pres. Cook. Voice vote taken. Motion c arried.
