J. Cook at 6:30 P.M ROLL CALL : Present : Pres. J. Cook, Sec. R. Meszaros, Trustee s S. Cousins , M. Fisher and A. Grod Members Present : None Approval of Minutes: A motion to adopt and publish the Written Decision and Order for James Caliendo disability application was made by Trustee Fisher and seconded by Trustee Grod. A roll call vote was taken. J.Cook -yes, R.Meszaros -yes, M.Fisher -yes, S.Cousins -yes and A.Grod -yes. Motion carried. Adjourment: With n o further business Trustee Cook motioned to adjourn at 6:40 p.m. Seconded by Trustee Fishe r. Voice vote. Motion carried.
