J. Cook at 6:4 0 P.M ROLL CALL : Present : Pres. J. Cook, Sec. R. Meszaros, Trustee s S. Cousins , M. Fisher and A. Grod Guests Present: Tom Sawyer , John Falduto of Sawyer -Falduto Asset Management LLC, Attorney Rick Reimer of Reimer&Karlson, LLC , and Allison Barrett of Lauterbach & Amen L LP Members Present : James Caliendo Approval of Minutes: A motion was made by Trustee Fisher to approve the minutes of the January 9, 2014 meeting as presented. S econded by Trustee Cousins . Voice vote taken . Motion carried. A motion was made by Trustee Fisher to approve the minutes of the Sp ecial Meeting on March 31, 2014 as presented. Seconded by Trustee Cousins. Voice vote taken . Motion carried. Public Comment: Pres. Cook ackn owled ged students from Plainfield North High School attending the meeting to satisfy a class project. Financial Reports: A motion was made by Trustee Meszaros and seconded by Trustee Cook to approve the monthly financial reports through February 2014 as presen ted . Roll call vote: J. Cook -yes, R.Mesz aros -yes, S.Cousin s -yes., M. Fisher -yes, A. Grod -yes . Motion carried . The complete report will be on file in the pension office for review Application for Membership - None Applicati on for Benefits: Officer J. Kaminski has refunded the Pension Fund in the amount of $8,785.81 for his original service time. His date of hire for pension purposes remains 7/15/2008 with an unpaid break in service of 619 days (12/05/2009 – 8/14/2011).

His revised hire date is March 25, 1990. Unfinished B usiness: None New Business: Tom Sawyer presented the Investment Performance Report for the 1st Quarter 2014. After some discussion a motion was made by Trustee Co ok and seconded by Trustee Meszaros . Roll call vote: J.Cook -yes, R.Meszaros -ye s, S.Cousins -yes., M. Fisher -yes, A. Grod -yes . Motion carried. The complete report will be on file in the pension office for review . Attorney Report: Mr. Reimer discussed the April 2014 election and with no nominations received by the deadline of March 31, 2014 he recommended that we make a motion to cert ify Trustee Meszaros for a 2 year term beginning on May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2016 by acclamation.. Trustee Cook motioned to accept Trustee Meszaros acceptance of another 2 year term beginning May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2016. Seconded by Trustee Fisher. Voice vote taken and motion carried. Mr. Reimer then discussed adjournment to go in Closed Session. First we had to establish a quorum. Roll call was taken: Trustee Cook -yes, Trustee Meszaros -yes, Trustee Fisher -yes, Trustee Cousins -yes a nd Trustee Grod -yes. Q uorum established. Closed Session : A motion was made by Trustee Meszaros and seconded by Trustee Cook to adjourn to Closed Session as permitted under the Open Meeting Act under Section 2(C)(4) to discuss the appointment, employment compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal, of specific employees, or legal counsel. Roll call vote: Trustee Cook -yes, Trustee Meszaros -yes, Trustee Fisher, Trustee Cousins, Trustee Grod. Motion carried. Adjourned at 7:25 p.m. Trustee Grod motioned to return to public/open session after closed session. Seconded by Trustee Fisher. Roll call: J.Cook -yes, R.Meszaros -yes, S.Cousins -yes., M. Fisher -yes, A. Grod -yes. Motion carried. Open meeting back in s ession at 8:29 p.m. Trustee Cousins motion to deny Officer Caliendo a non -duty disability pension. Seconded by Trustee Meszaros. Roll call vote: Trustee Cook -yes, Trustee Meszaros -yes, Trustee Fisher -yes, Trustee Cousins -yes and Trustee Grod -yes. Moti on carried.

Roll call vote: Trustee Cook -yes, Trustee Meszaros -yes, Trust ee Fisher -yes, Trustee Cousins -yes and Trustee Grod -yes. Motion carried. Trustee Cook motion ed to authorize the court reporter to prepare minutes of the April 10, 2014 sessions and forward them to attorney Rick Reimer. Seconded by Trustee Fisher. Roll c all vote: Roll call vote: Trustee Cook -yes, Trustee Meszaros -yes, Trustee Fisher -yes, Trustee Cousins -yes and Trustee Grod -yes. Motion carried. Adjourment: With no further business Trustee Cook motioned to adjourn at 9:02 p.m. Seconded by Trustee Fishe r . Voice vote. Motion carried.
