ORDINANCE NO 66 -154
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY EXTENDING THE TERM OF ORDINANCE
66 -183 RELATING TO A MORATORIUM ON
SERVICE STATION CONSTRUCTION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 65858 of the Government
Code and after a public hearing with respect thereto, Ordi-
nance 66 -183 heretofore adopted is extended and renewed as
an interim ordinance and shall continue in effect until
September 30, 1966.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same
to be published in the Temple City Tines, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
the City of Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 13thday of April,
1966.
