CAPITAL FUND BALANCES
WHEREAS, the following Capital Fund receivable and Capital Fund
appropriation balances have been pledged to a capital project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to formally cancel the receivable balance and
the offsetting appropriation reserve balance from the balance sheet;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following receivable
