A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR
CITY MANAGER'S DESIGNEE TO APPROPRIATE AND
TRANSFER $86,476.00 OF UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL
FUNDS TO VETERANS MEMORIAL/OUTDOOR
PERFORMANCE ARENA, PROJECT NO. 05-5255
WHEREAS, the city was allocated is $201,777.00 from the 2000 Resources
Bond Act, Roberti-Z'Berg-Harrris Block Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the Veterans Memorial/Outdoor Performance Arena Project was
approved during the FY 2001-2002; and
WHEREAS, the 2000 Resources Bond Act, Roberti-Z'Berg-Harrris Block Grant
requires a 30% city match; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in unappriopriated General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or City Manager's designee is hereby authorized
to make the following fund appropriation and transfer:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
